Myee Alpine Retreat - Terms and Conditions

·       Accommodation | Arrival time from 3 pm | Departure time by 10 am | Arrivals are strictly after 3 pm unless arrangements are made with our friendly team. Where arrival time is after 5 pm, please contact our team to make arrangements for your check-in. Charges apply for checkouts after 10 am.

·       A minimum stay period| applies to all bookings in peak periods. All accommodation and facilities are non -smoking.

·       All guests must check-in| at reception upon arrival.  All guests must comply with current government restrictions and register using our QR code. All extra persons staying in accommodation are to register at reception and pay fees in full on arrival including extra guest fees. Extras need to be registered prior to arrival.

·       We offer contactless reception.

·       Bedding | Bath towels and bedding, including sheets, blankets/doonas, pillows, and pillowcases are provided to all beds/rooms.  Additional bed (if available) should be booked prior to arrival to avoid additional charges.

·       Bunk beds | “Warning – due to the statistical chance of significant injury, children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on the top bunk.” (Australian Standards AS/NZS 4220:2003)

·       Cancellation Policy | For cancellations within 30 days from the arrival date the entire stay will be charged unless affected by COVID lockdowns or State of Emergency. | The no refund policy applies to all booking alterations once checked in. By booking with Myee Alpine Retreat you agree to all terms and conditions. All cancelled bookings incur a $100 cancellation fee for administration purposes. Change of dates may be applicable in certain cases at the discretion of Myee Alpine Retreat.

·       Deposits and Payments | Full payment is required upon booking. For all peak periods, all fees must be paid in full, 90 days prior to arrival. Once the booking has been paid in full, there is no refund/credit on the decrease of nights stayed or visitors of the initial booking however increase in occupancy.  Change of dates/occupancy may be applicable in certain cases at the discretion of Myee Alpine Retreat.

·       Non-Smoking retreat | Please note we are a non-smoking retreat. Smoking is not permitted in the park grounds or on deck spaces or Myee House at any time.

·       Rooms in retreat | If requested we will endeavour to hold a particular room, however, we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent or higher quality room for the same period.

·       Premises | All costs and expenses incurred or to be incurred by Myee Alpine Retreat for any additional cleaning of the guest’s failure to maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene including all dishes and cookware cleaned and put away and any strong odours. If you don’t respect our facilities you will be unable to rebook and you will be charged accordingly for all damages on credit card held for bond purposes. The amount charged per room is at the discretion of management and based on $60 per hour additional cleaning surcharge. We thank you in advance for your understanding. No moving of furniture or bed room items is allowed within the premises.

·       Credit Cards| Credit card details will be withheld for seven days after departure in case of any incidentals from your stay.

·       No fires are permitted on the Myee Alpine Retreat grounds other than official fire pits provided by Myee Alpine Retreat.

·       Security patrols are conducted randomly several times every 24 hours for your security. Strictly all noise to cease by 10.00 pm. Driving is strictly walking pace 5km/h ONLY. Safety is paramount for our valued guests, staff and visitors.

Covid-19 Policies

All Myee Alpine retreat staff, directors and service providers on site are fully vaccinated.   All staff are compliant with government directives.  

Covid-19 Hygiene

We love to keep our retreat sparkling clean and our standards are high no matter when you visit, however, we have included extra scheduled cleans in all communal areas, hot spot areas such as door handles, room keys, handrails, reception area, etc.  Sanitiser is located in reception / communal areas and Myee Alpine House for guest use.

Covid-19 Cancellation

In response to changing travel restrictions, Myee Alpine Retreat is offering flexible cancellation terms for stays. At the staff member’s discretion, we will waive fees and offer a credit or refund for bookings cancelled due to Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.

Any Covid positive case prior to arrival will be required to provide official registration of test results to enable re-schedule or cancellation. Please contact one of our friendly team members if you have questions relating to your booking.
